The DeFlock Demands

1. End public contracts with Flock and other ALPR manufacturers and demolish their surveillance infrastructure in the Twin Cities; 
2. Ban AI-powered mass surveillance technology, including facial and body recognition software in the Twin Cities;
3. Restrict the sharing of information between city police departments and unaccountable private corporations or federal agencies.
